Air Arabia falls to 2-month low in mid-session

Dubai –Mubasher: Air Arabia’s stock saw an active trading on Thursday, following the announcement of the airline’s annual financial results.

The company’s stock fell 7.19% by 12:50pm UAE time to AED 1.29, its lowest level in two months.

Air Arabia was the most active stock during the same time after generating AED 133.82 million from the exchange of 102.97 million shares.

Air Arabia suffered losses worth AED 33.23 million ($9.05 million) in Q4-16, against profits of AED 58.59 million ($15.95 million) in Q4-15. In 2016, profits declined 4.1% to AED 508.77 million from AED 530.59 million in 2015.
