Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Airlines Catering said its ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on 12 January, gave the go-ahead for appointing Raid Al-Mudaihem and Abdullah Taibah who were elected by the board on 26 May 2015 for the current term ending 25 January 2016.
In addition, shareholders appointed nine board members for the next three-year term starting 26 January 2016. The members are Shawgi Mushtag, Raid Al Mudaihim, Fahad Al Rasheed, Sami Al Hokair, Jonathan Stent Toriani, Abdullah Taibah, Yahia Al Yahia, Abdulmuhsain Al Yahia and Ayman Al Tayar.
