Dubai – Mubasher: Sultan Al Shakrah, CEO of Ajmal Makan, revealed that the company’s total investments at Sharjah Waterfront City increased to AED 3.5 billion, Al Khaleej newspaper reported.
Infrastructure and construction works are on track to be finished on schedule, He added.
The project is located between the Northern Emirates and Dubai and allows easy access to the major highways, Al Ittihad Road.
The first phase comprises 326 villas and is expected to be completed within 12 months.
Meanwhile, the second phase will feature villas, residential, commercial, and office buildings with different sizes in addition to malls and hotels.
Most of the apartments and villas in the project have a direct waterfront view, the real estate firm said, adding that a 60% area of the waterfront city will be landscaped with gardens, parks, and surrounded by natural green parks.
