Dubai – Mubasher: Ajman Bank on Tuesday announced that its general assembly approved distributing a 3.5% cash dividend of the share’s capital to shareholders for 2018.
The bank will distribute total dividends of AED 73.5 million, or 3.5 fils per share, according to the lender’s filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
It is worth noting that the bank’s profits grew 28% year-on-year to AED 170 million for the full-year 2018.
By the end of Monday’s session, Ajman Bank’s stock rose 1.88% at AED 0.92.
