Dubai – Mubasher: Ajman Bank said its shareholders approved on Wednesday, 29 April, 3.5% bonus shares for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The bank’s capital amounts to AED 1.624 billion, distributed on 1.624 billion shares at AED 1 per share.
Profits rose 2.8% to AED 125.545 million in 2016 from AED 122.075 million in 2015.
