Dubai – Mubasher: Ajman Bank on Sunday revealed that it intends to issue a $1.5 billion sukuk programme.
The first tranche of the programme shall be a minimum of $350 million, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
This proposal will be presented to the bank's general assembly to obtain the approval along with the approval of other concerned authorities, the lender said.
By the end of Sunday’s session, the bank’s stock declined 2.07% at AED 0.85.
