Mubasher: Ajwan Gulf Real Estate will hold its extraordinary general meeting on Monday to consider raising the capital by KWD 13.7 million.
The company will discuss increasing the capital by 186.2% to KWD 21 million from KWD 7.34 million through issuing 136.6 million shares without issue premium, according to a recent bourse filing.
