Kuwait – Mubasher: Ajwan Gulf Real Estate will hold its extraordinary general meeting on Sunday, 15 January, to consider raising its capital by KWD 13.7 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
The company will discuss increasing the capital by 186.2% to KWD 21 million from KWD 7.34 million, through issuing 136.6 million shares at a value of 100 fils a share, without issue premium.
On the stock level, Ajwan gained 4.55% to reach 46 fils by the end of Wednesday’s session.
