Dubai – Mubasher: Al Ahli Holding Group is planning to build one million square feet (sqft) entrepreneur and media hub in Dubai that caters to talents and new creative ventures.
Under the name of Nomad, the new project will be located in proximity to the Echo Plex off Al Ain Road, according to a company statement.
Comprising flexible office, working spaces, and a large 3D printing facility, the project will house native and foreign small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups, providing them with economical operating costs.
“The sheer size, scope and proposition of Nomad will put the UAE on the map as a global game changer when it comes to the type of creative, disruptive and outstanding entrepreneurship,” Al Ahli’s CEO Mohammed Khammas commented.
Nomad’s infrastructure will be built in two years and the first phase of the project is slated for launch by the end of 2018.
“Nomad will be a prospering collaborative community where people can see their ideas and dreams come to life,” Al Ahli’s chief executive architect Noora Khammas said.
