Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Ahli Takaful’s board of directors has recommended to distribute cash dividends of 50 halalas per share (5% of the stock’s nominal value) for fiscal year 2016, totalling SAR 8.33 million.
The dividend eligibility will be for shareholders registered until the end of trading on the day of the ordinary general meeting (OGM), according to a bourse filing released on Tuesday
The company earlier distributed the same cash dividends for fiscal year 2015.
The stock closed Monday’s session falling 1.26% to SAR 39.36.
