Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Cement – Qena said that Al-Ahly Capital Holding has raised its stake in the company to 20.4% from 13.73%.
Al-Ahly Capital bought 1.99 million shares of Misr Cement – Qena at EGP 92 per share, totaling EGP 183.6 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
On the other hand, Misr Financial Investments decreased its stake to 0.85% from 7.5%, where it sold 1.99 million shares at a value of EGP 183.6 million of EGP 92 per share.
The company’s capital amounts to EGP 298.7 million, distributed over 29.8 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 10 per share.
