Riyadh-Mubasher: Al Ahsa Development has opened board nomination for the next three-year term starting 1 July 2016 until 30 June 2019.
Board members will be elected in the next general meeting which will be held after obtaining the approval of competent authorities.
Qualified shareholders owning shares whose par value is no less than SAR 10,000 should submit their applications no later than 22 February.
