Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) has recommended the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the year at SAR 0.5 per share, according to a bourse filing.
The dividends will total SAR 60 million, representing 5% of the company’s capital, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.
As per the statement, the dividend eligibility will be for shareholders registered till the end of trading on 10 August.
The date of the distribution will be announced later.
