Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) has appointed Kelvin Kwok as the company’s new CEO.
The decision came into force starting from Tuesday, 25 June, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Kwok boasts of extensive experience in real estate development and financial engineering.
It is worth noting that Al Akaria posted a 58.5% year-on-year decline in net profit during the first quarter of 2019, recording SAR 18.5 million.
