Riyadh – Mubasher: The general assembly of the Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) has approved the board’s recommendation of not distributing cash dividend for the full-year 2018.
The assembly has also approved the financials of the year ended 31 December 2018, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.
In April, Al Akaria’s board amended its recommendations for distributing cash dividends for 2018 on the back of the decline of retained earnings account.
