Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) obtained on Wednesday the building permits related to the construction of a residential complex in Riyadh.
The project will be built on an area of 25.57 square metres at a value of SAR 226 million, which will be financed through credit facilities and operating cash flows, according to a bourse filing.
The company is expected to finish the project in 24 months of the date of signing.
The construction is projected to reflect positively on the company’s financial results.
