Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Real Estate (Al Akaria) awarded a 10-month contract worth SAR 26 million to KEO International Consultant for designing and constructing a mixed-use hotel complex in Al-Aqiq District.
Earlier, the real estate company inked a five-month contract worth SAR 6.45 million with Al-assasat Al-Watania for constructing Al-Akaria mixed-use building in Riyadh.
The company’s stock ended Sunday’s trading session higher 3.97% to SAR 17.79.
