Riyadh – Mubasher: The general assembly of Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance approved the distribution of cash dividends for 2016.
The assembly also agreed on the board’s and auditors’ reports for 2016, in addition to amending the bylaws of the company to be in line with the New Companies Law.
During 2016, Al Alamiya achieved a growth of 69.91% in profits to SAR 46.35 million from SAR 27.28 million in FY15.
