Mubasher: Al Aman Investment announced that it has acquired a controlling stake in Al Mathaaq Holding Company for a total value of KWD 1.672 million ($5.54 million).
The financial impact of this transaction cannot be determined in the current time, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
Al Aman clarified that the financial impact of this deal will be registered in the consolidated income statements of the company starting from 30 June 2018.
It is noteworthy that in the first quarter of 2018, Al Aman achieved a surge of 108% in profits to about KWD 831,960, compared to nearly KWD 400,210 in the same quarter last year.
