Mubasher: Al Anwar Holdings Company said Wednesday that it received an offer through Oman Arab Bank from a company interested in buying a big stake of the multi-sector investor’s equity in Falcon Insurance Company.
The Muscat-listed company added that the offer is preliminary and subject to further terms and conditions and board and regulatory approvals.
Al Anwar owns 51.04% of Falcon Insurance Company.
