Mubasher: Saudi Fisheries Co (Al Asmak) suffered a net loss of SAR 3.39 million ($903,000) in March 2017 from SAR 3.02 million ($806,000) in February; a month-on-month increase of 12%.
According to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday, accumulated losses to March 2017 reached SAR 382.8 million, which represents 71.5% of the SAR 535.38 million capital.
It is noteworthy that the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in mid-March approved Al Asmak’s request to cut its capital to SAR 200 million from SAR 535.38 million.
