Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fisheries Co. (Al Asmak) on Monday reported a net loss of SAR 3.2 million ($853,000) for September 2016, down 8% from SAR 3.48 million ($928,000) in the same month a year ago.
Accumulated losses by the end of September this year stood at SAR 359.71 million ($95.90 million), representing 67.19% of the company’s capital, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Al Asmak’s net losses from the nine-month period ended 30 September 2016, amounted to SAR 28.28 million, whereas operating losses for the period reached SAR 24.2 million.
On the other hand, operating losses for September 2016 reached SAR 3.04 million, up 8% month-on-month from SAR 2.83 million, the company added.
