Cairo – Mubasher: Al Assema Construction Co. has launched the Medical Centre Capital project in the New Administrative capital with total investments of EGP 350 million.
Brickzey Property Management, the exclusive marketer for the medical centre, managed by MCC Healthcare, will commence sales next month, Al Assema’s chairman Mustafa Mansour told Mubasher on Tuesday.
Situated on an area of 3,500 square metres, the major medical project will include 10 commercial storeys along with nine others for medical purposes, Mansour added.
The top official further noted that the project was not just a medical centre, rather that it housed a group of specialised medical centres.
Al Assema Construction Co. was established in 2007 with Egyptian and Saudi investments.
