Cairo – Mubasher: Al Assema Construction Co is looking to implement a residential project in the New Administrative Capital this year, the company’s chairman said.
Located on 46 acres, the Central Park will be built with around EGP 2 billion in investments, including EGP 200 million in 2019, Mustafa Mansour added in a press conference.
The ministerial approval and the projects’ licences will be issued within the next three months, Mansour indicated.
Moreover, the company has launched the Medical Centre Capital project in the New Administrative capital with about EGP 350 million in investments.
Al Assema Construction Co was founded in 2007 with Egyptian and Saudi investments.
