Riyadh-Mubasher: Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co. submitted on Monday a non-binding offer to acquire a founding stake in a manufacturing company in Riyadh, the company said in a bourse statement.
The target company, which is still under construction, will manufacture technical coated fabrics and processed aluminum plates.
The offer is valid for one month from the signing date, during which Al-Babtain will perform the due diligence through an independent consultant to evaluate the deal price.
