Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Baha for Development & Investment Company extended an acquisition agreement signed with Al Marakiz Al Raqiyah Ltd.
The deal term was extended till the end of March, 2017, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Any related developments will be announced duly, the company noted.
In September 2015, Al Baha signed the agreement to fully acquire Al Marakiz Al Raqiyah Ltd through a shares deal worth SAR 145 million.
