Riyadh-Mubasher: Al Baha for Development and Investment Co. said the legal action filed against former chairman and board members were adjourned until 28 March 2016.
The company added that it will duly unveil any relevant developments.
Al Baha posted SAR 17,000 earnings for the fourth quarter of 2015.
