Cairo – Mubasher: Al Bostany Real Estate Development Co. is planning to establish a residential and administrative project in the district of Maadi with investments valued at EGP 200 million.
The units of the project will be marketed during the second half of 2019, the property developer’s chairman, Mohamed Al Bostany, said during an event organised by the company.
As for the medical centre at Tagamoa al-Khamis, 50% of the units were marketed with investments worth EGP 250 million, Al Bostany revealed.
About 70% of the project has been completed, he added, noting that the company will direct EGP 150 million to complete the project by the end of 2019.
