Mubasher: The general assembly of Al-Dorra Petroleum Services has approved the reduction of its capital and the amortisation of KWD 2.9 million accumulated loss.
The company will amortise accumulated loss through KWD 236,793 legal provision and KWD 236,793 optional provision, according to a statement.
Al-Dorra’s capital will be decreased to KWD 25.6 million from KWD 28.1 million.
