Kuwait-Mubasher: Al Enmaa Real Estate intends to deliver projects worth KWD 75 million ($249.095 million) in March, said CEO Walid Azzaz.
The KSE-listed company is currently executing seven contracting projects with a total value of KWD 93.8 million ($311.535 million), Azzaz told reports after the ordinary general meeting held Wednesday.
Al Enmaa operates a real estate portfolio worth KWD 500 million ($1.6 billion), while owns KWD 53.7 million ($178.352 million) real estate portfolio, the CEO noted.
The company has repaid KWD 10 million debts in the past year and a half to banks in Kuwait and Bahrain, he added.
Azzaz stock ended Thursday’s trading session rising 1.89% to 45 fils.
