Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Enmaa Real Estate said that the court of cassation has issued a final ruling against the company in favor of both KFH Takaful Insurance Co and Al Sawan Company.
The ruling will be collecting KWD 1.83 million from Al Enmaa, the company said in a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
This sum of money will be registered as losses in the financial statements of the period ended 31 October, 2016.
On the stock level, Al Enmaa fell by 2.44% to 40 fils after 1.47 million shares were traded at a value of around KWD 58,700.
