Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of AL Ezz Dekhela Steel – Alexandria approved 2015 financial results on Monday.
The ordinary meeting dropped the proposal of cash dividends and approved all commutative contracts for 2015.
The company reported a net consolidated loss of EGP448.5 million for 2015, compared to a net loss of EGP402.16 million last year.
The unconsolidated financial statements revealed that the company lost a net of EGP262.8 million in 2015, versus a net profit of EGP35.9 million a year earlier.
