Cairo – Mubasher: Al Futtaim Group Real Estate announced that it will participate in Nile Property Expo with its project Cairo Festival City.
Nile Property Expo will kick off on 14 -16 December in Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center in the UAE.
Cairo Festival City’s participation in the event is part of the company’s efforts to attract investments for the Egyptian market, said the managing director Ashraf Ezz Eldin.
Al Futtaim Group Real Estate also plans to expand in Oriana Villas, which spans over 955,000 square metres and includes 763 villas, Ezz Eldin added.
The residential units in Festival Living projects will be handed over for customers in the third quarter of 2018.
First Living’s first phase comprises seven medium-rise buildings, with 340 apartments, with a total area of 66,000 square metres.
