Dubai – Mubasher: Majid Al Futtaim Group plans to open its new My City Centre Masdar mall in Masdar City in the UAE by the end of 2018.
The new mall will cost AED 300 million, being part of AED 30 billion worth investments proposed in June last year, according to a recent statement.
The single-level mall will have 18,000 square metres of gross leasable area, of which 5,760 square metre anchor will include Carrefour hypermarket, a Magic Planet family entertainment centre, and a community healthcare clinic. In total, it will have 60 shops, the statement added.
