Cairo – Mubasher: Al Futtaim Group aims to inject an additional amount of EGP 2 billion to finance the expansion of Cairo Festival City Mall, the mall’s general manager Haitham Haggar said.
The new expansion area, called Festival Avenue, will span over 42,000 square metres with leasable area of 22,000 square metres, Haggar added in a press conference on Sunday.
Festival Avenue will increase the leasable area of Cairo Festival City Mall to 196,000 square metres, he noted.
