Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based conglomerate Al Ghurair announced a partnership with AccorHotels to launch the upper-upscale Swissôtel and Swissôtel Living in the Al Ghurair Centre, according to a statement.
Both hotels will now be managed by AccorHotels before transitioning to Swissôtel and Swissôtel Living by the end of 2017, when the first phase of soft refurbishment is completed.
The Al Ghurair Hotel and Al Ghurair Living feature 428 guest rooms and suites, and 192 serviced apartments, respectively.
With 58 real estate projects under development, the rebranding of Al Ghurair Centre’s hospitality offering is a key part of the company's vision to revitalise old Dubai.
The company started to expand Al Ghurair Centre to further complement 350 retail, dining, and entertainment outlets.
