Dubai – Mubasher: Al Ghurair Properties, the real estate division of Al Ghurair Group, has revealed an AED 5 billion plan to build and develop housing units in Dubai.
These planned projects include 58 buildings featuring 8,000 residential units and 350,000 square feet of retail space, the company highlighted in a statement.
"We started these projects with a focus on revitalising the housing segment in Dubai,” Al Ghurair Properties’ CEO Sultan Al Ghurair commented.
“We identified an upward trend in the present residential market and are currently aiming to optimise the positive turn,” Al Ghurair noted.
The company stated that these projects will be developed across Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Al Qusais and Al Warqa.
Al Ghurair Properties indicated that completed projects will be delivered by the end of 2017, whereas the remaining ones will be wholly completed by the fourth quarter of 2020.
