Dubai – Mubasher: Al Habbai Contracting has finalised the construction of the five-star Canal Central Hotel in Business Bay in Dubai, according to Al Bayan newspaper.
The new hotel, overlooking Dubai Water Canal, is developed by New Dubai Properties and designed by Rimal Engineering Consultancy.
Spanning over 250,000 square feet, the AED 207 million hotel comprises of 270 rooms and 13 luxury suites, along with a spa and a swimming pool, project manager at Al Habbai Contracting, Alaa Abul Kasim, said.
Over the last years, Al Habbai Contracting has completed several projects in the GCC emirate including Wyndham 1 and Millennium Place in Dubai Marina, and Mövenpick.
