Dubai–Mubasher: Al Habtoor Group said that it is developing Emirates Oasis villas at one of the most preferable areas in Dubai.
The new residential complex consists of 74 villas developed by Al Habtoor Properties. Cluttons Company was chosen to be responsible for project rental, according to the company's press release.
A series of major programmes began to regenerate Jumeirah area through a number of projects such as "City Walk" and "Box Park”, said Lucy Bush, head of residential sales and leasing at Cluttons.
"Due to high demand and enthusiasm of people to live in Jumeirah, a large number of community retail projects were developed along the main passages to major streets, as well as major roads related to it in recent years,” she added.
