Mubasher: Al Habtoor Group will pick the buyer of its 30,000-square feet penthouse in Noora Tower at Al Habtoor City later in 2017, Arabian Business reported.
Bids have started to come in for the four-floor penthouse, which has a list price of $54.4 million (AED 200 million), according to a Dubai-based brokerage firm.
“The tower is expected to be ready by year-end and we are hoping to close the deal before the completion date,” according to Yash Shah, sales director of One Broker Group.
Dubai has another $54.4 million penthouse up for sale in the One Palm by Omniyat, with the project scheduled for completion in 2018.
