Riyadh-Mubasher: Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment said its board proposed cash dividends for the fiscal year 2015 at 7.5% of the stock’s par value, or SAR 0.75 a share, totalling SAR 90 million.
The record and payout dates will be announced later, the company added in a bourse statement.
Al Hammadi had paid cash dividends for 2014 at 10% of the stock’s par value.
FY15 net earnings rose 9.6% to SAR 141.33 million, compared with SAR 128.95 million a year earlier.
The stock closed Tuesday 4.95% at SAR 40.74.
