Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment will start distributing dividends for the FY 2015 on Wednesday, 31 August through the Arab National Bank (ANB).
Al Hammadi will distribute SAR 0.75 per share, representing 7.5% of par value and totalling SAR 90 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The 2015 dividends will be payable to shareholders of record at the end trading on the date of the ordinary general meeting on Sunday, 29 May.
