Al Hammadi unit wins SAR 347m deal

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment has announced that Pharma Serve won a SAR 347 million contract.

Pharma Serve is a 100% subsidiary of Medical Support Services Company which is a wholly-owned unit of Al Hammadi.

Pharma Serve will purchase the main unified procurement tender for vaccines to all participating government health authorities for 24 months, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

The deal’s financial impact is expected to appear during the third quarter of 2018, Al Hammadi noted.

By 10:32 am Saudi time, Al Hammadi’s stock rose 1.16% to SAR 37.45.
