Mubasher: Al-Hassan Engineering Company said that its board decided to appoint Shawki Hamdan Sajwani as its CEO with effect from 7 February, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The statement added Steve Scott decided to relinquish his position as CEO, however, he will be available for smooth transition of responsibilities.
