Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Co. (Al Hokair) on Monday posted a net profit of SAR 57.6 million ($15.36 million) in the first quarter of the year, down 13% from the same period in 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The retail group noted that the decline was due to retreating revenues for a number of hotels and malls on a year-on-year basis, owing to a decline in demand in the business sector.
