Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development posted on Tuesday a net profit of SAR 58.4 million ($15.57 million) for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2016, 2.1% up from SAR 57.2 million ($15.25 million) for Q3-15.
Gross profit for Q3-16 leapt 5.05% to SAR 124.9 million from SAR 118.9 million for Q3-15. Operational profit reached SAR 59.6 million for Q3-16, 12.67% up from SAR 59.2 million for Q3-15, according to a bourse filing.
In the first nine months of 2016, net profit declined 19.32% to SAR 127.4 million from SAR 157.9 million for the same period of 2015.
Gross profit also fell 4.84% to SAR 314.4 million in the nine-month period, compared to SAR 330.4 million for the corresponding period of 2015.
Operational profit shrank 16.11% to SAR 120.3 million in the January-September period this year, versus SAR 143.4 million for the same period last year.
Earnings per share for the nine-month period reached SAR 2.32, compared to SAR 2.87 for the same period of 2015.
