Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdulmohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Company on Monday announced an update on its latest ongoing projects under the hotels division.
Park Inn Hotel by Radisson in Jubail "has already been delivered to the contractor and the construction works are ongoing, with approximately 40% completion at this stage," the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The project is scheduled for delivery by the contractor in order to complete the operational requirements by the second half of 2017, Al-Hokair added.
The hotel comprises 160 four-star rooms and suites of varying sizes, along with the main restaurant and ample parking.
The financial impact of the project will be seen in Al-Hokair's results in H1-18, the statement showed.
As for its Radisson Blu Hotel Al Khobar, the project has also been handed over to the contractor with construction works underway, the company noted
The hotel comprises 150 hotel rooms, also under the four-star category, with a multipurpose lounge, health club and swimming pool.
The project's soft opening and its financial impact are expected in the fourth quarter of 2018.
More developments regarding these project "will be announced in due time," the statement concluded.
