Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Co. (Al Hokair Group) awarded Omar Khalil Arnaout Contracting (ARCON) the implementation of Park Inn Al Jubail Hotel project in plot (c) of Gelmodh district in Jubail.
According to Tadawul statement, the project’s value is SAR25 million via bank financing of available facilities in implementation period of 16 months to complete the first phase of works.
Al Hokair also stated that the project consists of four-star 142 rooms and 18 suites, main restaurant and parking area for 136 cars. It will be built on area of 10,000 sqm with a cost SAR75 million.
The group added that the project’s positive financial impact will start from the first half of 2018.
Rezidor Radisson Hotels group will manage the project according to the partnership agreement with the Rezidor Company.
