Riyadh – Mubasher: Fawaz Abdulaziz Al Hokair on Sunday said its board has appointed a new CEO.
The board named Marwan Aziz Moukarzel as the firm’s new CEO effective 8 January 2019.
Moukarzel’s managerial and technical experience spans over 15 years in the retailing and consumer sector, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
He received his Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD in 2015.
In September, AlHokair dismissed its CEO Atul Singh and appointed Faisal AlJedaie as the acting CEO until Singh’s successor is announced.
By 11:58 am Saudi time, Fawaz Abdulaziz Al Hokair’s gained 0.46% to SAR 21.98.
