Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdulmohsen Alhokair group for Tourism and Development Company (Al Hokair) on Sunday announced the opening of two entertainment shopping malls in Riyadh and Jazan.
Spanning an area of 6,467 square metres, Al Hokair Time was opened on Friday 23 November, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The mall includes indoor entertainment areas (Sky Zone), restaurants and global retail brands.
The Saudisation of jobs at the project stands at 50%.
With a nationalisation rate of 60%, the second 10,758 square-metre mall was located in Jazan.
It comprises entertainment brands Sparky’s, Sky Zone and Snowy, the statement said.
The financial impact of the complex is expected to be reflected in the financial results of the fourth quarter of 2018.
The Saudi-based company posted losses of SAR 2.5 million during the first nine months of 2018.
By the end of Thursday’s session, Al Hokair’s stock inched up 0.59% at SAR 17.06.
